ANY ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN 21ST DEC AND 3RD JAN WILL BE DISPATCHED AFTER OUR BAKERY REOPENS ON THE 4TH JANUARY 

How do I order?

We sell our cookies online in batches, due to our bakery not being open every day during Covid-19. Keep an eye on our social media or sign up to our newsletter to get prompt information on when our cookies are available. We only sell a limited amount in each batch, so it is good to get your order in as soon as we go live. You wouldn’t want to miss out!

What are the allergens?

Our cookies contain EGG, MILK, GLUTEN and SOY as main allergens. There may also be traces of NUTS & PEANUTS due to our bakery having some nut-based products. Nutella products contain HAZELNUTS and our Carrot Cake Cookies contain WALNUTS.

Can you pick and choose your own flavours in the packs?

We do not yet offer customisation on our cookie packs, and we cannot swap out flavours for other flavours. We do hope to soon offer a ‘pick and choose’ option for your flavours!

Can you add a note to my order? I’m sending it as a gift.

Unfortunately due to our small team during this time, we are unable to add personalised notes to any orders.

Are your cookies gluten free?

Our products all contain gluten, so be aware of the gluten googlies!
We do hope to work towards gluten-free and vegan options in the future.

How long can you keep your cookies?

We advise you eat your cookies within three days of receiving them. We’re pretty sure you won’t be able to resist them for that long though! You can also freeze them for 3 weeks should you want to keep them longer.
